Maui Math Circle Session 4
On Saturday, January 30th, a group of Seabury Hall Middle School and Upper School students volunteered at Pu'u Kukui Elementary School for the fourth session of the Maui Math Circle to help students learn advanced math concepts and problem solving skills.
There were over 30 students in attendance who are enrolled in third, fourth, and fifth grade in schools throughout Maui. The students learned about word problems, fractions and percentages, and distance=rate*time.
